Telegram elite memes: turn reactions into stickers
Design a useful reaction set and separate static, vector-animation, and video requirements.
Read the guideTurn original artwork into conversational reactions while keeping sticker design and platform export requirements separate.
A useful chat reaction says something people actually need: “still processing,” “small victory,” or “please give me a moment.” Build a small set of distinct expressions before deciding how much animation it needs. Keep the silhouette and main emotion readable at a small viewing size.
The examples here are source illustrations and ordinary image or video downloads. They are not a published Telegram sticker pack. Preparing a sticker involves a separate export and upload step, with requirements specific to the type of sticker you choose.
Telegram’s official sticker specification distinguishes static, vector-animated, and video stickers. Static stickers use PNG or WebP, with one side exactly 512 pixels and the other no larger than 512. Video stickers use WebM with VP9, no audio, and additional duration, frame-rate, and file-size limits. A regular MP4 or GIF is not a substitute for that final encoding.
Check the current specification before publishing rather than treating an older export preset as permanent. Custom emoji have their own requirements and usage conditions; do not assume every sticker file can be reused unchanged.
Create one finished test item before exporting every reaction. Inspect its visible bounds and transparency, then view it against the chat backgrounds you expect people to use. A border that disappears in one theme may need adjustment even when the underlying file meets the technical requirements.
Keep the original source so a confusing expression can be revised without beginning again. Use the Telegram sticker guide for the complete workflow and the emoji design page for a more expressive reaction vocabulary. EliteMemes.com is independent of Telegram and does not publish or manage sticker packs through this site.
